**Face2Face**

Jim reviewed the proposed agenda for the Face2Face, June 18, 2008, in Minneapolis. Some modifications were discussed. The agenda was set as follows:

9:15 to 10:15 a.m.       Session 1 - Case Studies: Architecture on Your Campus -- Hebert Diaz-Flores

1:00-2:30 p.m.            Hot Topics - Data Management

Case Studies - Hebert reported by email that he has received no additional interest from institutions interested in providing case studies.
Tools of the Trade - Tom reports this session will include his demo and, possibly, a presentation from St. Louis University.
Security Topics - Three people presenting

Registration was restricted to two people per institution, with others placed on a waiting list. It was decided that early registration will close April 19; after that date, those wait-listed will be registered. The hotel cutoff date is May 18.Jim will send out information about the agenda and cut-off dates to the ITANA email list.

**University of Alaska Project**

The University of Alaska plans to have several people visit their campuses to discuss Enterprise Architecture. Jim Phelps reported he may be attending. Leo de Sousa said he would be there and would be willing to report out any information of interest. The meeting happens to coincide with an ITANA call date, so Jim might invite some folks in to report during the call.
