Advance CAMP 2010 Action Items

Below are the Advance CAMP 2010 follow-up action items, and leads, identified during the final session of 2010 ACAMP in Raleigh, June 25, 2010.

The ACAMP program committee followed up with leads via a group "check-in" call at 1, 3, 5, and 9 months after the conclusion of the ACAMP. See  the Follow-Up Plan
