Develop Proposal for DNS-based IdP Discovery
This AI pertained to the apparent presumption by social web technology that some variant of an email address is sufficient for federated discovery. The suggestion was that it's time to assess this assumption, and if we're not prepared to come up with a serious alternative, we need to do the work necessary to make email or DNS-based discovery work in a standard way that doesn't leave us beholden to Google or OpenID.
