The mission of the eduGAIN Policy and Community Working Group (WG) is to review and propose changes to the InCommon legal and policy framework for the purposes of supporting the eduGAIN inter federation infrastructure.This working group is sponsored by Steering's External Relations and Governance (ERG) Subcommittee of the InCommon Steering Committee.

Proposed Process
- Send recommended edits to Steering in preparation for the next Exec Call along with draft process.
- Set up a working group of legal, steering, and x stakeholders to consider the edits, develop changes as appropriate and develop a process for vetting with the community.

- Vett the community process and proposed changes with ERG
- Assemble the WG and proceed
