Proposed Process

  1. Send recommended edits to Steering in preparation for the next Exec Call along with draft process.
  2. Set up a working group of legal, steering, and x stakeholders to consider the edits, develop changes as appropriate and develop a process for vetting with the community. 
    1. Proposed Working Group Charter: DRAFT- eduGAIN Policy and Community Working Group Charter
  3. Vett the community process and proposed changes with ERG
  4. Assemble the WG and proceed
