SURVEY

This past week, Ann did a few updates to the survey on the wiki. Keith is working on the "prospective" section now.

Password change - remote

  • Items in red are updates from last time; those in blue are Ann's changes.
  • Few changes here - the section seems fairly complete

On-campus student section

  • This section's questions are very similar to the "remote" section. Discussion today centered on whether we need to know about the use of a kiosk, or if it is better to be more general, such as "reset online at a help desk." Consensus was that general is better.

Keith raised a question of categories. The student lifecycle typically has a number of categories (suspects, prospects, applicants, admitted, matriculated). We have two categories, so we need to provide information to respondents on what is included in each.

Also, in some cases, moving from prospective to matriculated means just upgrading an identity that has already been supplied. We need to know how people are doing the upgraded identity proofing (e.g. preponderance of evidence? Some other method?). Kith will include such questions in the survey section focused on matriculated students.

The goal for the June 18 meeting is to review the section that Keith is completing
