*Discussion*
*Integrating Foodle*

Michael reported that he has worked on integrating Foodle into COmanage, but unfortunately, it only works when the SAML 2 IdPs are properly configured with a redirect. Only 12 out of 114 IdPs are configured properly to work with Foodle. The Internet2 IdP is one of those that works with COmanage and Foodle.
Michael stated that nothing else has changed in the COmanage development area.

*Tech Writer Status*

Jim will have the technical writing intern mentioned on a recent call in place for January. Jim will contact Renee to discuss logistics (contract details, etc.)
Heather noted the importance of getting documentation in place, extending beyond how to setup a COmanage instance, to explain things such as how to properly configure an IdP to work with Foodle and COmanage.

*Applications in COmanage*

Heather asked the Penn State representatives if there are compelling applications that are missing from COmanage. Jim replied that JIRA is the primary one, but that the problems of integrating JIRA are known.

*LIGO Requirements*

TomB mentioned recent contacts between the LIGO team and the Grouper team concerning audit requirements. LIGO would like to be able to look at membership in a group at a particular point in time. This can be helpful, e.g. in knowing who should be included in authorship of publications.
The Grouper user interface will expose audit data, and Tom raised the possibility that the COmanage user interface could also be a place where audit data is exposed.

*Support Model*

Heather reported that she and SteveO have been drafting a report on a COmanage support model. The hope is to present this to the group during January.

Possibilities:

- Internet2 or InCommon offer COmanage support directly
- Member campuses offer the COmanage support service
- Vendors offer it
- Partner organizations (e.g. EDUCAUSE) offer it
A goal is to be at least self-sustaining in the funding of this support service.
*CSG*
The Winter 2010 CSG Workshops and Meeting will be held at UCSD on 13-15 January 2010.
On the morning of 13-Jan there is a workshop on Collaborative Platforms, coordinated by Michael, Ken, Chuck Powell, and Bruce Vincent.

*Internet2 SMM*

Heather will submit a proposal for a WG and a track session at Internet2 SMM.http://events.internet2.edu/2010/spring-mm/
