To Do Items:
- Allow users to create/edit attribute names from the new UI. Put a button 'Add attribute name' next to 'Delete selected attribute names'. In the Actions dropdown, add an option to edit the existing attribute name.
- In the 'More actions' drop down for a group, folder, add an option to view the attribute assignments.
