Note: If you submit a PDF, you also have the option to submit a source document that can be stored in the repository as a "related doc."
5. Once the document (in both formats) is ready, email it them the librarian (Emily). The librarian will attach it them to the corresponding page in the repository and that those will become the authoritative copycopies.
