• State of play WRT Strategic Alliance
• Technical work plans for CIFER teams
  • DedraC: it's been a while since we've asked workstream leads to come up with 6 month plans
  • BennO: we've been coming up with infrastructure plans; then we go back to doing the next set of tasks;
  • TomB: that's what we had in mind; the banana is the Identity Architects whose charge is to make sure the workstreams are developing in interoperable ways; should publicise our work in this space;
  • BillT: StratOrg & overlapping memberships have been doing it informally, but may be a good time to formalize a bit; try to get more official involvement from CIFER-aligned projects
  • BennO: The best we could get would be let's make sure we're communicating something; 
  • Dedrac: Tech impl. priorities per workstream.
  • TomB: 1) Technical 2) Mgmt; StratOrg is the nucleus of the Leadership Group roadmap (it's not the same as the CTO role)
  • Alternating weeks: Arch/Tech Coordination and StratOrg/Leadership; TomB: alternating weeks
    • Let's be clear about who's got which hat firmly on
  • Hampton: This would put more emphasis on action items and followup.
• Arch Board/Tech Coordination startup thoughts: Aim for a first call in two weeks, 16 January; so we'd have a StratOrg call next week 9 January
  • Invite others into the work at this point at workstream level

Back in October CIFER-StratOrg sketched out some goals we wanted to achieve by end of the year and by end of March 2013.
