- self service = yes!
- admin ops may make less sense in enterprise portal vs dedicated portal
- n-tier authnz required, confusing for rest operations?
- how to configure components? Authz? Could this mostly be "discovered" via some APIs?
- Set this up as some sort of Apereo incubation thing?
