AGENDA

  1. Establishing consensus
    1. Product vs. Project/Services
    2. V 1.0 - Continue with this approach?
  2. Consistency in our message
    1. Framing our approach, here is a modified version of Dedra's comment in a recent email.
      1. "The CIFER project aims to build upon the existing open source IAM projects (ie. Kuali Rice, I2 Grouper) and where necessary fill current module gaps, most notably in the areas of registries, provisioning engines and access/group management.  With the addition of the before-mentioned modules, this project affords different institutions each with different priorities to find an investment and deployment option that meets their particular needs along with necessary supporting implementation documentation and tool kits."
    2. Plan for completing the white paper
      1. At minimum, we need to present a draft (if not final, or near final) version to the Rice and I2 Boards as part of the contractual obligation.
    3. Creating "stock" ppt decks and updating for consistency
