i) Ann West, InCommon/Internet2: I think they do overlap, but their is overlapping memberships to both the InCommon Technical Advisory Committee (reviewers of Tom's doc) and the CIC Cloud Group.

b) What does the parentheses equal - adjective, non-reassigned. Important property but not defined by specs. In EduPerson Target Id is non-reassigned. Overtime if EduPerson had this same property. This is not the same as an email address (it looks like an Email Address) Make them intentionally equal if you want to inter-op IDs
c) How does proliferating inter-federation affect these recommendations? i.e., many federations exchanging metadata aggregates?

iii) Tom Scavo – In the last two weeks an agreement has signed an EduGain Agreement. So far there hasn’t been a byte of data exchanged outside of the U.S.
d) When acting as an IdP Proxy , what is the strategy for deploying that *.name. ext
i) IdP proxies and scope attributes don’t work well together. Currently wild cards are not supported in the scope because it leaves in on the SP end. This may be revisited.
