Discussion

1. Yes, it is ok for Business group to work on name. Name should not be limited to higher ed admissions.

2. Jeff asked about a F2F meeting to discuss the integration strategies.

Get the wireframes mocked up first, then meet at Georgetown. Try then to come to a common understanding around the wireframes. There will likely be comments and disagreements around the wireframes which can be resolved, and planning the working model/prototype.

Everyone will review the integration strategies in preparation for the December 16 call. Possible agreement on flows by December 16, definitely by January after the holidays. Work on wire frames in January and February. Tentative meeting in at Georgetown University in March.

Business call is at 11:00 next Friday, higher ed call at 3:00 next Friday. Hold an interim technical call at 2:00 Friday to discuss flows. Nate will not be able to attend, but will leave notes with Nirmal before then.

Action Items

Everyone study the text and reorganization of main IS and Use cases page and the integration strategies for next call. Comments should be sent to the list. Trade calls and emails to discuss differences as best as possible before December 16th call. Arnie will post schedule to the mailing list.
