Question 1: Is there a preferred location and time for the requested meeting?

• Answer: The preferred location would be either Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL. The likely time frame for such a meeting would be some time in March.

Question 2: Does the committee have an expected number of participants for that meeting?

• Answer: 12-15 people

Question 3: Given the requirement to complete work before April 15th, is there an expected award date?

• Answer: The award date will likely occur within 2 weeks after the RFQ Response Deadline.

Questions 4: What is the committee's short term and long term measurement of success for this software suite?

• Answer: Short Term - Tangible support from the community; Long Term - Broad adoption of the recommended solution
