You may pay for this conference in the form of a credit card or invoice guaranteed by credit card. When you visit the registration page, you will be asked to indicate your form of payment. If you request an invoice and the invoice is not paid within 30 days of receipt, the credit card provided will automatically be charged for your meeting registration fee.

Cancellations received on or before 11:59 pm ED{color:#000000}T on{color} {color:#000000}May 31, 2011, are entitled to a full conference refund, less a $20 administration fee. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after 11:59 pm EDT on{color} {color:#000000}May 31, 2011, and have not paid by any other means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration fee. If you cancel your registration after 11:59 pm EDT on{color} {color:#000000}May 31, 2011,{color} you may name another person from your organization to take your place.

Upon hitting the submit button, you will receive an automatic    email confirmation of your submission. You will also receive an email confirmation of your    successful registration within three business days of submitting    your information.{HTMLcomment}

The data provided in this list may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any other type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.

Any person who attends an InCommon Meeting, Workshop, or other event, grants permission to Internet2/InCommon to use and publish his or her image or likeness collected in connection with the event for any usual and customary purpose of InCommon, including promotion of InCommon and its program
