Proposed Follow-up Plan on Advance CAMP Action Items
Each action item will have a coordinator and several group members associated with it. The coordinator will facilitate the development of group deliverables/goals, representing the group in the status calls (see below) and ensure deliverables/goals/status updates get added to the Clearinghouse wiki. Action Items will have at most a 5 month duration after which time a collective decision can be made to extend or close down the group.
To help us track and facilitate follow-on activities, the ACAMP PC will check with leads to ensure that they correctly understand who will be involved and when that is expected to happen.
The ACAMP PC will develop a wiki space that groups can use for their status reports and collaboration activities, if needed. The wiki space will be a clearinghouse of the collective progress and include resources that groups can use, such as a free phone bridge.

- Deliverable - Final & Next Steps (5 mo)
