How to create your own Member Practice Profile:

1. The first step is to set up a wiki account if you don't have one already. See: Getting access to the Internet2 Wiki
2. Once you have done this, send an email to the Itana Steering Committee
3. We will grant you permissions to edit the wiki.
4. Then, head to this page.
5. Click on the button above labeled “Add a new profile” 
6. This will create a blank page with the questions and format already in place.
7. Be sure to change the title of your page to your institution's name and practice type (e.g. UW EA Practice, OSU IT Architecture Practice, etc).
