Current Activities

The ITANA Rebranding 2012 Planning Committee is has completed work on the ITANA charter, rebranding ITANA, improving communications, and outreach to promote ITANA and the practice of enterprise architecture.
This effort will continue throughout 2012.  There will be new sub-teams and ad hoc meetups as we work on rebranding ITANA.  If you are interested in participating, please contact Jim Phelps.

Deliverables

The Capability Map describes the high-level capabilities that support ITANA.  There are five blog posts that describe the capabilities: Strategic CapabilitiesService CapabilitiesSupporting CapabilitiesCommunity Facing Capabilities, and finally Leadership Lessons

The new ITANA Charter describes the new focus on the capabilities and expands our focus to enterprise, business and technical architects.

New Activities

The Book Club is an ad hoc group that meets to discuss a book of interest to architects

A new peer-group for people who are new to higher education will start meeting in Google+ Hangouts.  This is now live.  See: New to HE Peer Group

A sub-group is working on a standardized charter for sub-teams that will help them map their activities to the capabilities.  This is now complete.  See: Charge to Working Groups
