The basic informed consent manager (ICM) API - ICM_July12_2016.yaml
The ICM exposes the policy retrieval methods for the COPSU and ARPSI as well as itself. There's also a decision query interface (ICM), Change Orders (COPSU), and precedence operations (ARPSI).
